By accessing SWYNEX, submitting an internship application, creating an account, participating in an internship program, submitting tasks, or using any related service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the platform.

SWYNEX provides structured internship and career-development experiences that may include:

• Internship applications
• Offer and acceptance workflows
• Internship tasks
• Project-based learning activities
• Submission reviews
• Progress tracking
• Completion records
• Certificates for eligible participants
• Certificate verification

Specific program requirements may differ between internship programs.

Users must provide accurate and truthful information when applying for or participating in an internship.

Providing false, misleading, impersonated, or fraudulent information may result in rejection, suspension, termination, or invalidation of related credentials.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

SWYNEX may approve or reject applications based on program availability, eligibility, submitted information, or other relevant program requirements.

Approved applicants may receive an internship offer.

An offer may need to be accepted within the specified period. Failure to accept within the applicable period may result in expiration of the offer.

Participants are expected to:

• Complete assigned tasks themselves
• Follow task requirements
• Submit work before applicable deadlines
• Provide accessible and legitimate submission links
• Follow professional and ethical standards

SWYNEX may request revisions when submissions do not meet program requirements.

Participants must not:

• Submit another person's work as their own
• Falsify task completion
• Manipulate internship records
• Abuse platform systems
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Forge or alter SWYNEX certificates
• Misrepresent SWYNEX credentials

Serious violations may result in termination and invalidation of credentials.

An internship is considered successfully completed only after the participant satisfies the completion requirements defined for the applicable program.

Simply registering, applying, receiving an offer, or accessing the dashboard does not guarantee successful completion.

Certificates are issued only to participants who satisfy the applicable internship completion requirements.

Certificates may include a unique certificate number and verification ID.

SWYNEX reserves the right to revoke or invalidate a certificate obtained through fraud, falsified submissions, payment fraud, system abuse, or material violation of these terms.

SWYNEX does not currently charge an internship participation fee for its standard free internship programs unless a fee is explicitly disclosed before enrollment.

After successful internship completion, an applicable certificate issuance fee may be charged before issuance of the certificate.

The amount shown during checkout is the amount applicable to that transaction.

Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment providers.

Certificate-payment refunds are governed by the SWYNEX Refund & Cancellation Policy available at:

Participation in or completion of a SWYNEX internship does not guarantee:

• Employment
• Job placement
• Salary
• Interview selection
• Admission
• Academic credit
• Recruitment by a particular company

Participants should independently evaluate career and educational decisions.

SWYNEX branding, website design elements, original platform materials, certificates, logos, and proprietary content remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Participants retain rights to their own original project work except where different terms are clearly stated for a particular project or program.

We aim to keep SWYNEX available and reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Maintenance, technical failures, security incidents, third-party outages, or other circumstances may temporarily affect availability.

SWYNEX may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of fraud, abuse, security risks, serious misconduct, or material violations of these Terms.

SWYNEX may update these Terms when the platform, services, or applicable requirements change.

Updated terms will be published on this page.
