SWYNEX uses authentication systems to protect student and administrative accounts.

SWYNEX internships are offered free of internship participation fees unless a specific program clearly states otherwise before enrollment.

After successful completion of an eligible internship, a certificate issuance fee may apply. The current certificate fee displayed by the platform is ₹149 unless changed and clearly displayed before payment.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Razorpay.

SWYNEX does not store complete debit card, credit card, UPI PIN, or banking credentials on its servers.

We may send transactional emails relating to:

• Internship offers
• Account or enrollment activity
• Task submissions and reviews
• Internship completion
• Payments
• Certificates
• Important service or security information

These communications are related to operation of the service.

Certificates issued through SWYNEX may contain a certificate number, verification ID, QR code, participant name, internship information, and completion details.

Limited certificate information may be displayed publicly through our verification service so that employers, institutions, and other parties can verify the authenticity of a certificate.

SWYNEX may use trusted service providers for infrastructure and platform operations, including services for:

• Website hosting
• Database and authentication
• Email delivery
• Payment processing

Those providers process information according to their respective terms and privacy practices.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.

However, no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.

We may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the internship platform, maintain academic/internship and certificate records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, comply with applicable obligations, and maintain legitimate business records.

Users may contact SWYNEX regarding correction of inaccurate personal information or other privacy-related requests.

Some information may need to be retained where necessary for legitimate records, security, payment reconciliation, certificate verification, or applicable legal requirements.

SWYNEX services are not intended for children who are not legally able to provide the required consent to use the service.
