  • Follow anti-spam and platform guidelines.

You are not required to spam students. Thoughtful, permission-based sharing is expected.

  • Commit to representing SWYNEX professionally and following platform guidelines.

What is a SWYNEX Campus Ambassador?
A Campus Ambassador is a SWYNEX student who helps peers discover verified virtual internships through professional, community-based advocacy. It is a leadership and community-building program — not employment.
Who can apply?
Students with a SWYNEX profile in good standing who have applied for or enrolled in a SWYNEX internship may apply. Applications are reviewed individually; referral count is not an automatic requirement.
How are referrals tracked?
Ambassadors share their official SWYNEX referral link (/r/{code}). Attribution is recorded when students visit through that link, including optional source tracking (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, copy link, and other supported channels).
What counts as a qualified referral?
A referral becomes qualified only when a referred student successfully enrolls in a SWYNEX internship. Application alone does not qualify a referral.
Do ambassadors receive a salary?
No. The Campus Ambassador Program does not provide salary, wages, or guaranteed income. Participation is voluntary student advocacy.
Is a certificate guaranteed?
No. A Campus Ambassador certificate is not guaranteed. Future certificate eligibility may depend on verified contributions and applicable program requirements defined by SWYNEX.
Can my ambassador status be deactivated?
Yes. SWYNEX may deactivate ambassador membership if program guidelines are violated. Deactivation ends active ambassador status but preserves your normal student account and referral link.

Participation does not constitute employment and does not guarantee salary, placement, a job offer, certificate, or other reward. Recognition may depend on verified contributions and applicable program requirements.
